While the Dutch cannabis policy still operates in a legal grey area — where coffeeshops can sell cannabis but not officially source it — we work exclusively with trusted suppliers who prioritize consistency, cleanliness, and transparency. Our in-house team monitors product quality, appearance, and potency to ensure every item on the menu meets the standard you expect.

2. Clear information

At Kadinsky, you’ll always receive clear information about strain types, effects, and THC content. We also encourage all guests, especially first-timers, to ask questions. There’s no such thing as a silly one.

Our staff is trained not just in customer service, but in cannabis education. They can help you find the right product for your experience level and preferences and offer advice on dosage, timing, and responsible use.

3. Respecting Dutch Law

Kadinsky fully complies with the national and local cannabis regulations, including:

• Selling a maximum of 5 grams per person per day

• Admitting only guests aged 18 and over with valid ID

• Keeping stock within the legal limit of 500 grams

• No alcohol, no hard drugs, and no exceptions

We also follow the city’s latest policies on smoking restrictions in public areas, and we’re happy to help visitors understand where they can (and can’t) consume their purchases.

We operate under a local license and are subject to regular inspections by municipal authorities, including checks from the police and tax services. These inspections ensure we comply with all current regulations: from stock limits and age verification to hygiene and safety standards. At Kadinsky, we welcome this oversight as part of maintaining a responsible, transparent operation.
